An herbal tea blend for warm days. Mark the start of the Summer season with a bright & minty herbal tea. Enjoy hot or iced with a spoon of raw honey or maple syrup and pinch of your favorite salt (we love Celtic Sea Salt over here).
Ingredients — Organic lemon balm, organic peppermint, organic spearmint, organic hibiscus, organic rose hips, organic nettle, organic calendula petals

Directions
Take 2 tbs of herbs and combine with 8oz of 185* - 200* (F) water. Cover your mug or cup with a lid and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Strain and combine with raw honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
