An herbal tea blend for daily wellness. Sip daily or when under the weather. Add a spoon of raw honey for extra nourishment or for taste.
Ingredients — Organic lemon balm, organic hibiscus, organic nettle, organic tulsi, organic peppermint, organic mullein, organic rose hips
Directions
Take 2 tbs of herbs and combine with 8oz of 185* - 200* (F) water. Cover your mug or cup with a lid and let steep for 5 - 10 minutes. Strain and combine with raw honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
